Apple Music Notifications

Hi there you guys,

Is it just me or are you guys also not getting any notifications from Apple Music? I mean, like new album and single releases... (and I do have the notifications turned on, as shown below)

I just realise that the artists I like are releasing stuff because my friends with Spotify tell me about it because they get those type of notifications like "Have you heard Sia's new single?", you get the point...

Is there a way to solve this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! If we understand correctly, you are not receiving notifications for new music and song released in Apple Music. We want to help get you pointed in the right direction. To verify, what type of iPhone do you use? Which version of the iOS software do you currently have installed on your device? You can find this in Settings > General > About.

If you have not tried already, please Restart your iPhone. Does this help to resolve the issue? Often this simple step will refresh the apps and software on the device to solve numerous problems you may encounter.

If this does not help to correct the problem, open the Music app once more. Go back into Account > Notifications > and disable New Music. Once that is disabled, force close all your running apps (including Music) and then re-open Music and re-enable New Music.
