How to unlock an iPhone SE without a computer

I have an elderly relative with an old iPhone SE. She's gotten herself locked out, and now it says the phone is disabled, connect to iTunes. She can't do that, she doesn't have a computer and I live far away. Is there any way I can get it unlocked for her? I have no idea if she has Find My iPhone (or if it's turned on) so I just need some way to get her in! Thanks!
