How can I purchase a song on Apple music if I already have an Apple music subscription?

This question was asked and answered before - I also want to use the music for an i-Movie - but now that iTunes doesn't exist the option of just going to iTunes and buying it outside of the Apple Music account isn't open to me anymore. Anyone have any idea. This seems like a pretty glaring omission considering it exists within their own ecosystem.

I don't have "iTunes Store" as an option. Just Apple Music and Your Library. Thats what I was saying
