Beats Studio 3 Wireless have pretty Much 0 bass

So I just purchased the beats Studio 3 Wireless headset from Amazon, and the bass is almost non existent. The only time that I can get even a little bit of what I could call vibration (bass) from the speakers is if I am listening to a bass heavy song on full blast (ouch). I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue, my friend has the exact same headphones and they work perfectly, he has amazing bass quality even when the headphones volume is low. I already have a replacement being sent but was just curious, thanks!
