My Iphone 6s and 6s Plus won't upload videos on instagram

I have 2 iphones, a 6s and a 6s+ . I am using Instagram in both apps with all my accounts but none of them upload video/s. I can usually upload but 3 days now that it is not working properly. Can someone send help?

Instagram on iPhone 12 pro. Older multi-photo posts. Instagram on my new iPhone 12 pro: When I look back at older posts only the first photo shows of a multi-photo post. When I swipe left to see the other photos, I get a circular arrow on a white background. When I click on the arrow the photos and videos do not load. All older posts that are just a video, they do not play. It works perfectly on my laptop, but not on the phone. And when I say older posts, I mean a few weeks ago. Thank you for any suggestions.

Instagram is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Instagram Help Center
