Your post does not specify exactly the process adopted by you to take a backup.

If it is not in the Recently Deleted Album then either you have deleted them 30 days earlier or have never deleted any.

Please check the following

  1. If you have restored your iPhone with a backup which does not contain the Photos that you are looking for then please look for correct backup on your PC/Mac --> Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple ...
  2. If you have restored from iCloud backup, then note the following
    1. iCloud backup doesn’t include information that is synced and stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice Memosshared photosiCloud Photos*, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive.
    2. *-If you had turned on iCloud Photos, your content is automatically stored in iCloud.
  3. Probably you may have un-synced photos with Mac / PC, sync them again
    1. For PC: --> Sync photos in iTunes on PC with devices - Apple Support
    2. For Mac --> Sync photos between your Mac and iPhone or iPad - Apple ...
  4. Have you ever imported your photos to Mac/PC and used Delete after Import --? Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod ...
  5. Do you have a backup (iTunes) --> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup ...
  6. Have you ever uploaded them to any Cloud Drives Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox, Flickr, box, Amazon Drive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.?)
  7. At last but not the least, check the Apple ID that you have signed into your device.

I didn’t deleted anything manually.

but because the IPhone blocked and it had only white screen with the logo - I could not turn it on. Then I went for service and they actually reset it as new..

i didn’t have any backup on my computer since 2018. I was expecting that when I pay for ICloud all my photos and videos should be stored automatically there!

And when I had to put my ID and password I found out that 10 GM of photos from 21 GB are missing.

They were not uploaded! I want them back!

can I restore my iPhone as it was 2/3 days ago.. with all photos inside?

I don’t know if you understand, but my life and memories were there and now they are gone!!

Purchasing iCloud storage does not automatically do anything.

If you want your photos stored in iCloud, you have to turn on iCloud Photos.

Did you have iCloud Photos turned on?

If you check www.icloud.com, log into your Apple ID, click on the Photos icon.. Are your photos there?

If they are not in iCloud and you don't have a backup since 2018, then whatever you had between then and now would be gone and not retrievable..

If your photos are shown in iCloud, then simply to go Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos and turn on iCloud Photos

Yes, I had.

but the photos from the last years now are not there - even I was paying for that! And it is not about the money - I lost all my priceless photos and memories!

Please for your support how I can restore them, really it is very important for me.

As I asked- is there any way how to restore my iPhone as it was 2/3 days ago.. with all photos inside?

Lost photos for last years even when I paid for iCloud
