Change the Country
I’m trying to change the Country at my Apple ID but due to the remaining balance of just 0.27$ I cannot do so. How can I do that, or, simply, may Apple Support just to clear that balance from my Apple ID?

If you can't complete any of the steps, can't change your country or region, or you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support.
