Hey mamoud24! Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings

If you don't want your content to be erased, you can backup your iPhone on a PC or Mac, or on iCloud!

Have a great day!

If your iPhone is locked and you cannot access it, then it must be restored in Recovery Mode. Everything stored locally on your iPhone will be deleted. If you have an iCloud Backup, then you can restore it in the setup process AFTER restore.

On your computer. If you use a PC, download the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store. If you are using Mac then you can just get started.

1) Connect your iPhone X to your PC / Mac

2) Quickly press Volume Up, then quickly press Volume Down, and then hold down the Power Button until your iPhone restarts and starts up in Recovery Mode. Recovery Mode is a black screen, with a computer and cable icon.

On your computer select Restore and wait. Your phone will be restored to factory settings.
