Because you deleted the app but failed to cancel the subscription -> How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
I canceled the subscription as well. Days before the free trial was over. I even set a reminder so I wouldn’t forget.
Then click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to sort it out.
