How do I reset my IPad with no cellular data used

You need to use some data to log out of iCloud and Find My iPad, but it's not much.


Go to:

Settings -> Apple ID (Your name) -> Find -> Log out of Find My iPad.

Go back to your Apple ID and Sign out.


Then go to:

Settings -> General -> Reset -> choose Delete all content and Settings


EVERYTHING that is locally on your iPad will be deleted.
