WiFi issues

I have the correct password for my WiFi. The icon shows on my iPhone X but I can’t connect or open a page. In my household I am the only one who can’t connect. What do I do?

You should try all of this :

  • enable/disable Wifi on your phone
  • restart your router
  • Forget your router on your phone and link it an other time
  • Reboot your phone


If nothing work, try to reset your network settings :

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
