Calendar Spam
I keep getting spam in my calendar that I cannot delete. I don’t see any unknown calendars so I don’t know how to fix this.

The only mail that seems to say subscriptions is the iCloud one and when I tap on subscriptions it shows what is in the second photo I attached.

Go to settings - mail - calendar and delete the rogue calendar.
Your previous screenshot shows there are calendars for the Hotmail and GMail accounts. Are those calendar entries legitimate when you check both those lines?
NOTE: I did request the moderators remove your name and email address in your previous post.
Check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Do you see an entry here for “Subscribed Calendars”?
I only see this and these are all legitimate calendars.
This is all I see when I open those calendars.
I don’t see any rogue calendars.
If your phone has iOS 14: Go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts, Tap Subscribed Calendars, tap on the offending calendar and delete it.
And in the future beware of "free" offers
When you check at “Randolph GMail” and “Hotmail”? Are there calendar subscriptions there?
I’m sorry. I’m not exactly sure what I’m looking for. How do I know if subscriptions are there?
For the various accounts listed, check all that mention Calendar. Tap each of those account lines. When checking those, do you see a calendar subscription you do not recognize?
Sorry, I’m not sure what else I could suggest.
