How to turn off signing in with Apple ID

I am signed in on my device with my Apple ID when I try to update messenger it asks for an old Apple ID that I don’t have never had and don’t have the information to and will not let me update messenger how do I turn off signing in with your Apple ID or get this Apple ID off of my device it is not I cannot find it anywhere on my device it is not saved on my device the only Apple ID on my phone is mine but for some reason that Apple ID keeps coming up

Delete the apps you cannot update.
Restart the device.
Re-get those apps from the App Store so they are now downloaded under your signed in Apple ID.
