I bought the educational bundle, and got an email for the codes. I went to the app store to redeem them, and it said they were downloading. It's been a day now and I can't find them. So i'm assuming they didn't get dowloaded, so I don't know what to do or where to find it.

Open the Mac App Store on your Mac. Click on your account in the bottom left.
Do these apps now appear in the Purchased list? If so, try to download them one at a time.
