Data hacked and now all my device are acting out, including my ipads

My dead phone got hacked through a text free app. They got all my gmail accounts and then started to target yahoo and apple accounts. Every morning I wake up and have to spend all day Recovering my devices and a accounts. Like right now I can sign to this chat, but not my imail or iTunes accounts. They say to create a new Apple ID #, so when I do try to make my email this I pad is under it says apple I’d already being used and today I woke up and all data from this iPad is gone
