hello,
my left shift button is gives me a capital R and cannot function with any otheR command oR letteR.
my Right shift button gives me the app mosaic.
my backspace does not backspace...it only give me a backslash\.
please see the example of issues attached. how can i fix this [question maRk]
i REset NVRAM alREady. that did not woRk
Boot into Safe Mode, and test the keyboard again.
Failing that... Try a different keyboard as a test.
If the problems do not reproduce with the test keyboard, replace the problematic keyboard.
If the problem does reproduce with the test keyboard, there’s likely something else happening with the USB or with the Mac.
If this is isolated to a single faulty keyboard, some might suggest or have tried repairs, though keyboards tend to be fussy to work on, and small parts easily broken.
