iPhone XR can't connect any Wi-Fi network at iOS 14.4
It always loaded, and can' t connect.

Try and Reset Network Settings. See whether that resolves it.
Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings : Once this action is completed then you may have to re-enter all Wi-Fi Network passwords.
