need to change the credit card for my storage fee

All you do is add your preferred payment method to your Apple wallet. I would also add it to your Apple ID payment method area of iCloud settings. Just make sure your preferred method is at the top of the list in your Apple ID and in the front of your cards in the Apple wallet.
