i Want to take screen shots of a group of text messages and save to a place from which I can print on photo paper. Is that possible using iPhone 11?

You can take screenshots of text messages on the iPhone. You will have to screenshot each individual page, you cannot get the entire conversation in one screenshot if it is longer than one page.
Once you have saved the screenshots, you can import the photos to the computer the same as you would any other photo and then print as needed.
