Restoring new phone
Had to replace my phone and wasn’t able to restore at time of activation, how do I do that now?

Settings>General>Resets>Erase All Content and Settings.
That will wipe it to the as new state, allowing you to restore from your backup at that point.
Note that anything on the phone now will be lost.
