Repair my watch & iphone

my watch won’t let me in I’m not sure what the passcode is I can’t get it off the face of the watch

Help Hello, I tried to put my passcode into my watch, however it says too many attempts. I need to reset/repair it. When I go to the my watch on the watch app, it says I have to repair it but on the watch itself. There is nothing I can do except turn it on and then off. Any help is appreciated!
