Everytime i go to download an app i get a message that says my itunes account is disabled. how do i fix this?

My appstore is not working because my itunes account is disabled

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
