why is it when i go to download an app it says i have been logged out of my itunes and app store when i don’t even use itunes

Your account has been disabled for use both stores because there is a problem with your payment method. You need to contact Apple for help.

What do you mean “logged off”?

If you are seeing a message saying your Account is disabled (different from logged off) in the App Store & iTunes, them see here: link-> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
