Please help. I have an iPhone 11 and it has some dents on the outside and a pretty big crack on the back of the phone. I’m looking to trade it in for the most recent iPhone. I have Apple Care plus so should I get it repaired before trading it in? Or when trading it in will they just add the service fee or whatever? All of the buttons and screen everything works fine it’s just unsightly. Please help.
No one from Apple here on this user to user only forum. You'll have to ask Apple directly. But your phone cannot be repaired. The back glass cannot be replaced as it is fused to the phone. Whether Apple will take your phone in trade is up to them.
