I need to make a new id but I can’t

If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID. You might want to explain what problems you are having with your current ID to see if someone can make suggestions that will fix your current ID problems.

Create a new ID (if necessary) and sign into iCloud using the same Apple ID on another Apple device/computer. You should then be able to sign in.

You can create up to 3 Apple IDs on 1 device. If you have already created 3 Apple IDs on your iPhone, then you need to create from another device, or create one here https://appleid.apple.com
