Hi there siripan97,

It sounds like you're asking if you can still have your MacBook Air serviced under warranty after having some laser etching done on the keyboard. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities, and we can provide some guidance.

"Devices modified by unauthorized service providers are not eligible for AppleCare+ accidental damage coverage unless all original parts are returned to Apple."

"The Apple Limited Warranty covers your Mac and the accessories that come with it against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your product. The Apple Limited Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications." Have a look at this support article to learn more:

Mac Service and Repair

Also, have a look at the '1.11.6 Disclosure of Unauthorized Modifications.' section of this link for more information:

Repair Terms and Conditions

We hope this provides some clarity about your service options when your device has unauthorized modifications.

Take care.
