The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

You will need to restore the iPad using a computer. the process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here....

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
