Why does my phone keep saying your iTunes are disabled?

That means that the account is disabled, as to why we are fellow users, we won't know why that account is disabled

How do I activate my iTunes again?

Contact Support : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
