Why I get refund on Ipad?

Ordered on: 18/02/2021

Hi Apple. I have place an order for Ipad 2019 on 18th February, the ipad suppose to delivers 21/03/2021 - 28/03/2021 by Standard Shipping. However, i got refunded from Apple Store. How was the status actually?
