How can I add my canadian credit card while staying abroad and having my apple store country/region in Lebanon?

I am living in Lebanon and I have my apple store country/region set to Lebanon. My subscription payment to icloud and apple were declined because my Lebanese credit card is out of service now. I want to add my canadian credit card as a new payment method but it seems that I can’t add it while I have my country/region set to Lebanon, and when I go to the country/region setting it says that I can’t change it right now. Any idea how can I solve this issue without getting a new lebanese credit card?
