Hi there Senior Support, my names Joshua so recently I got a iPhone XR from walmart that had to use straight talk for a year and it would be unlocked it was bought my mother as a gift getting my own house and what not, well Walmart did not activate the phone properly when checking the item out so it won’t connect to any tower at all, so i had already had it this going to be resolved and the ice storm hits and i was stuck in a freeze with no way to even contact someone for help let alone leave everything was frozen it was terrible Walmart says they won’t remove i
