unlock my apple id without phone number

my dad has iphone 5 with apple ID but his account was locked and to unlock the account must put the phone number that he activate the phone and account with it but unfortunately he forgot the number and no one of us know this number ... so the question is how to unlock this id without this phone number?? .. thank you

Forgotten appleid password and phone number So my parents gave me his iphone 4s, so i tried to turn the iphone on it turned on, it goes to home screen with no issues at all. but when i want to remove the appleid it asks me the password, i asked my parents and they said they forgotten the password, i tried many passwords but it goes to forgot password screen popup, it asks me the phone number, again i asked my parents old phone number that used in that iphone, but they forgotten the phone number and the phone number is inactive and deleted. how can i remove apple id without password? is reflashing the iphone can fix it?

Apple ID locked My mum gave me this phone 6 months back - so must still be linked to her Apple ID. When trying to sign in to Apple I tried the password I thought it was and tried too many times as it has locked me out. to change password I have to know the phone number originally used to create Apple ID. But it is not my number and my mum can’t remember her old number. is there any way to get past this it seems to not give any options apart from the phone number stage so I’m a bit stuck and still locked out? Thabk you

Is he trying to reset the password?

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option.
