I keep getting calls from supposedly Apple Support that my account may have been compressed. What should I do?

I keep getting a call from Apple Support Advisor the my phone or ICloud has been breached and to call you


Please advise

It is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. If there was a problem you would be notified when attempting to log in, including when logging into this forum. Also see: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support


Also, the caller id number shown on scam and marketing calls is frequently not the number actually originating the call. The number is often spoofed.


One option to consider is Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. See: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207099

Those are scam calls. Apple will never call you to inform about your Apple ID. These scammers are looking to get your Apple ID and Password and then cause further issues with your account. Hope that you did not log on to any of their suggested fake websites and input your Apple ID and Password. If you feel that your Apple ID has been compromised then change your Apple ID's password immediately.
