Hi, have recently bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max from yourselves about 2 weeks ago. I am struggling to sell my old iPhone XR 64gb and am wondering if I can maybe trade it in and lower my monthly costs / trade it in for cash. It does have an extremely small dent at the top unfortunately done about 3 weeks before I was selling & a very minor line crack from the dent going down the phone. It’s not big as u can not feel it. I will attach pics. Hope this makes sense & hope u can help :)

We are all other users here and have no involvement with that program. You will need to deal with Apple; not sure about the way it is paid as Apple uses third party partner companies for this in most areas. And, they will not give you a definitive amount until after they have examined the device. However, from what I've heard, if the screen is cracked, you may not get anything and you do need to reveal that.

You may be better off trying to sell it yourself.
