Workouts pause on their own

I’ve double checked all of the setting on my watch and Watch app, and everything appears set correctly, but every time I text to start a workout, it pauses after about 10 seconds. Doesn’t matter what kind of workout, it pauses every time.

Workout Pauses at Same Time Constantly Everytime I use the Workout app (multiple times a day), no matter what workout I select, my watch will automatically pause around 11 seconds. Every single time. When I resume it I have no issues the rest of my workout. How do I get this to stop happening?

Tighten the watch band slightly and don't wear the watch on top of any tattoos.
