What should I do

is it normal that the sound lock on iphone 12 pro is lower than iphone xs and the Haptic Touch, 3d touch is better on iPhone xs ?!!

There is no 3D touch on any iOS device anymore. It has been replaced by Haptic Touch. The lock sound on any iPhone is controlled by the ringer volume buttons.
