Photos Project export issue

I've made a Photos Project while using iOS Sierra (highest I can go) on my Mac mini. Having a hard time exporting it to a PDF so I can print the project with a 3rd party side as Apple recommends. Every attempt I've made, only the first few pages download before the export quits. Can anybody help me with how to download it in full? Thanks!
