Virtual Box

I am currently using a mac book pro 2020 (M1, big sur OS). I am trying to install kali Linux in a virtual box.

But I am getting an error: The hardware virtualization is enabled in the Acceleration section of the system page although it is not supported by the host system. It should be disabled in order to start the virtual system.

Can anyone help me with this?

VirtualBox is not compatible (yet) with Apple Silicon. My understanding is that Parallels is the only one that will run on ASi.

Just to add, only with ARM64 builds of Linux and supposedly the

ARM64 version of Windows if you have a Microsoft developers license.

Support for Intel OSes is still quite a ways off.
