automatic renewal

Is there a way to not allow automatic renewals? I never signed up for iheartradio but my account says I signed up for a free month with automatic renewal with monthly charges of 12.99. I have never used it. I’m not working because of disability. Others in the house not working due to Covid for over a year and are ineligible for unemployment. Paying rent, heat, electricity and buying food are the priorities. And quite a struggle. Not happy to see that I’ve been paying 13.90 monthly for a service I’ve not used.
