HomeKit Accessories responding only in Mac Home App and not iPad/iPhone Home Apps (continued)

I'm picking up this conversation again as things are not yet resolved, despite updates from both Apple and Rako.

In (somewhat belated - Christmas/Work!) answer to the queries raised on Dec 6th by "cp from OH", I have tried all of those things and there is still no change, sadly.

Moreover, I have since purchased some other HomeKit-compatible "power strips" and these work fine on both Mac, iPhone/iPad and HomePod/Siri. So this does seem to be a Rako-specific problem. I don't have a general problem with HomeKit devices.

In which respect, I'd like to be able to provide Rako with some diagnostic info but there doesn't seem to be way to intercept the logs from e.g. iPhone Home or HomePod to identify why they are unable to connect to the Rako Hub. Is there?

Anything you can do to help here is greatly appreciated as I've invested in a Rako Lighting Hub which I can only partially control and I don't want to "solve" this by purchasing a competitive device. (Which, through a competitor App - you can guess which one - seems to be fine!).

Thanks, Stephen.
