For more than a week, my email is not updating on my iPhone and iPad. I can get my email on my PC.

Use an App Password:
Perhaps your eMail account needs to re-sync. So, try adding it back using an App Password.

New App Password:
Try creating a new App Password. Your App Password may need to resync - something typical after update installations. You would log in using that password, rather than your Gmail password. See if it then works.
