iPad Charging Issue

I have a 6th Gen iPad that will not charge with any 10W charger. I have tried different cables etc and still cannot get it to charge with these power adapters. The interesting thing is that it WILL charge when I use a regular 5W power adapter for my phone, but obviously this takes forever to get a full charge. Also there is not an issue with my 10W adapters because they charge other devices with out a problem.

Why is my iPad only getting a charge from the phone charger and not the proper iPad charger?

I have tried a hard restart, updates and making sure ports are cleaned and still no charge.

Help!
