I have use my iPhone in Yemen but I can't use it on Yemen mobile carrier CDMA with out use ipcc files.
I created this files by copy carrier bundle like (CarolinaWest_LTE_US.bundle) from ipsw files to this path "Payload\Unknown.bundle" and compress it as zip file and rename file as ipcc. But, after update to ios 14.3 I can't use this file.
How can I create it and configuration it on iphone?

You can not use it on any CDMA carrier other than Verizon or Sprint in the US.

I can totally understand the difficulties you are going through every time there is a new iOS update.
You need to create a new IPCC file for each new version of iOS by following the same steps you did when you created your earlier IPCC file. However, I recommend to use other Carrier Bundles than CarolinaWest_LTE_US such as ChinaTelecom_cn or US Cellular.

Try the same Process from Mac and You can Get IPCC files . Remaining Steps remain same.
What 'remains the same' is the fact that NO iPhone can be used on ANY non-US CDMA network.
