Why is 14.4.1 not showing as a update option? I need 14.1 or later to load the Turbo Tax 2020.

iOS does not install on Macs.
Mac OS only installs on Macs.
That said, you need the Mac OS requirements for TurboTax 2020.
According to the Amazon Store, their software works on any copy of Mojave or Catalina or Big Sur for that matter.
Just make sure you meet the Mojave system requirements which is 10.14.0 through 10.14.6.
10.15 is higher, and Catalina.
