My disabled iphone 7 won't connect to iTunes

Hi,

My phone says 'iPhone is disabled–connect to iTunes,' and I've been trying to do that for the last forty-five minutes. No matter how many times I restart my phone, restart my computer, or change the power cable, it won't connect to iTunes. How do I get it to connect? This is time-sensitive, and I'm at my wit's end. If anybody has advice, please let me know. Thank you!

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Note - your phone will be wiped. You can restore it if you have a backup.
