how can I unlock my iphone when its disabled and says connect to itunes?

I changed my phone password on my anniversary night ( I was a little drunk) and I forgot my code to my password. I know all my iCloud passwords and can access the two factor authentification code with a code they call my phone with. I would like to get back into my phone its been all day.
