I dropped my phone iPhone 8 now the flashlight or rear camera doesn’t work

Is there a fix or should I look into a new phone

Your iPhone likely suffered catastrophic damage.

Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.
