Unable to re-download a purchased app on Ipad

1)The app shows in my Purchase History when I open the history from Settings>Account> Purchased

2) when I try to find it to redownload by going to the AppStore app>Account>purchased>not on this Ipad it doesn’t come up

Am I missing a step or something?
