I am not in the USA currently, and have forgot my Apple ID. They usually send a code to the phone number on file, yet I didn’t keep my USA number while traveling. Are there other ways to change my Apple ID?

I am in Southeast Asia, and I forgot my Apple ID, and would like to change it. Apple sends a code to the phone number on file (which I no longer have that phone number). I also rarely use my email that’s on the account. How can I change my Apple ID, if I don’t have a local phone number?
