I've been trying to use / connect to my free year with Apple TV but I don't manage to connect. When I'm logged on, I can see the credit card that I have registered. I'm supposed to have a code to activate? How do I get this code. My offer is about to run out. Please help asap.

There is no code to use. The new device linked to your account is the validation. Redeem the offer on your qualifying new Apple device in the TV app, within the first three months.
